At Racquet VP Studio, our mission is to create outstanding creative work through Virtual Production - combining technical knowledge, hands-on experience and a genuine passion for the craft of VP.
Together with our partners at Panavision group and Black Island Studios, we offer a complete one-stop shop for all your VP needs - from stage, cameras and lighting through to environments, workflow and on-set expertise. Collectively, our team has delivered over 65+ days of Virtual Production shooting across commercials, games, TV and branded content.

Our LED Stage
Our flagship LED volume is designed for high-end commercial and narrative production: a 15m x 5m, 2.2 pixel-pitch curved LED volume within a drive-in 6,500 sq-ft studio space.
Powered by Brompton processing, Stype camera tracking, and Panalux’s Sonara programmable lighting system, the stage delivers premium-quality playback, interactive lighting and accurate real-time integration for 3D environments, video plates and stills content.
Through our partnership within the Panavision family, we offer access to industry-leading cameras, lenses and lighting packages.

WHAT IS VP?
Virtual Production combines real-world sets and foreground in-studio art direction with real-time rendered CGI environments, displayed live on a giant LED wall within a studio environment.
Using traditional cameras, lighting and lenses, through-camera the digital world and physical set blend seamlessly together to create cinematic environments in real time - reducing the need for complex location shooting or heavy post-production.

WHEN TO USE VP?
Virtual Production is most effective when traditional production approaches become inefficient, restrictive, costly or logistically complex.
VP is particularly useful for projects involving multiple locations, unpredictable weather, tight schedules, difficult access, controlled lighting requirements, complex VFX integration or ambitious visuals within fixed budgets.
It enables productions to move rapidly between locations and environments while maintaining greater creative control, consistency and shooting efficiency - all within a controlled studio setting.
